  2. Part A - Your Info: Steam Name: OllieInOz Discord Name with #Identifier: Whitto#5044 Account ID: 102533 Part B - Application What can you bring to the whitelisted server: I can bring a history of policing across cities, helping me bring the best possible RP to everyone I interact with due to the amount of experience I have with it, and I bring an understanding and appreciation of the rules to minimise unnecessary government interaction. What skills should a good roleplayer bring to a whitelisted server: A good roleplayer should bring an extensive understanding of the rules to minimise interaction with staff, not only for RP sake, but due to the whitelist server being a lot less staffed. A good roleplayer should also be able to identify when someone else is breaking rules/breaking roleplay, and be able to manipulate the situation back to RP without going OOC. A good roleplayer should also come up with their own unique RP scenarios and characters to keep RP active, exciting and unique. The server will be a non-actively staffed server, are you willing to record/screenshot gameplay as necessary for the purpose of lodging complaints on the website in accordance with the evidence requirements in the complaint guidelines: (Y/N) Yes How long have you been playing in our community: 6 months Any additional info about yourself that we should take into consideration: I have no staff action to my name Hometown: (Timezone Purposes) Brisbane Part C - Additional Info Provide 3 current server rules and your interpretation on each of them: F2.1 - RDM: You must have a valid RP reason to kill another player, where you have assessed all other outcomes before coming to the decision to kill them. F2.2 - Fear RP: You must value your life like it means something. If you are in a situation where the odds are not in your favour (eg 2 people with guns to your head) you must comply with their demands and not be a hero. F6.1 - NLR: If you wake up at a hospital, you must not recollect any information regarding how you ended up there or anything to do with the scenario that lead to your death. This is to avoid metagaming. Provide a minimum of 1 player or staff reference to support your roleplaying skills: Alec Fake American (Bannister) Provide a back story for your MAIN character: I grew up on Covenant Avenue, just around the corner from Grove Street. There were at least 2 shootings a week, and the casualties were never just gang members. When I was 16, my older brother and I went over to the gas station to get some milk when we were taken hostage inside the store by some Whackers and ransomed for cash. The negotiator was a rookie, he had no idea what he was doing but thought he knew everything. He got too confident and ended up getting my brother shot in the head. The SWAT team breached and got me out alive but my brother was not so fortunate. Ever since then I've known that Law Enforcement was where I wanted to be, to minimise gang violence and to better the skills of police officers. Since I joined the police, I started as a GD officer, then made my way into Special Branch where I was helping infiltrate gangs. Although it was working, watching the SWAT officers breach buildings and saving lives, getting their hands dirty, I realised that is truly where I want to be. Since then I've assisted in saving multiple lives of hostages whilst also fighting against violent gang members first hand. Since joining SWAT, I've also become a Police Negotiations Trainer, where I can hopefully help to avoid an under trained negotiator getting another innocent person killed. Part D - History Provide a list of staff interactions you've had, such as your warnings, kicks or bans. None Your application will be considered and when a decision is made, you will be notified of the outcome on your application
