  4. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs) Who do I contact to speak about businesses? For all business related enquiries, please make contact with the Department of Commerce for further assistance. The Department of Commerce is the regulatory body of all businesses and associations in San Andreas. How do I start a business? All prospective business applicants/proposals must follow the registration process to either register for a business license or for an available C-Suite tenure opportunity. How does the business license work? A business license will allow you to operate your proposed business within your own means of roleplay. You will be granted a license to acknowledge the business operation and your progress may be tracked by the Department of Commerce for an opportunity to be incorporated as an official business on the server. How can I upgrade my business to be incorporated? The following aspects are taken into consideration before incorporating a business; Consistency in high standards of roleplay Quality of life and value contributions Growth in business value and population Economy contributions Should you be able to show worth and value in your business, the Department of Commerce may grant an opportunity for the business to be incorporated. This will allow the business to be officially implemented into the server, with development work to uplift the business to a larger scale; access to custom uniforms, allocated sites/zones, wages, advertising platforms, custom vehicles. Development service may vary depending on the nature of the business. Can I get development support for my business? Development support is generally granted within reason, given that there are no other priorities that take place. As long as there is value in the work, we can consider development contributions. Please keep in mind that we have a limited team of developers that actively contribute to the overall upkeep and improvements of the server, as well as other areas of development requiring their attention. All staff members are volunteers operating during their own availability. To request for development assistance, speak to a member of the Department of Commerce. They will discuss and take your request into consideration for approval should the request be plausible. Can I get a business as a gang front via the Department of Commerce? No, this is not obtainable through the Department of Commerce. Gang fronts are granted and awarded through the Syndication process in accordance with Illegal Organization Rules. However, if granted, you will obtain a business license to support any form of grants through the Syndication process. Can I lose my business license? Yes, you can. This is possible through avenues of in character roleplay. You can also have your license and rights revoked for OOC reasons by staff, should it be deemed relevant upon breach of our server/community rules. Can I reapply if I lose my business license?
