Complete Section A for C-Suite Executive positions (CEO, COO & CFO)
Complete Section B for Business License (New Businesses)

SECTION B (Business License (New Businesses))

Reason for registration:
With how things have been in the city recently I believe there is a need for a new security force to come into the city in order to protect business and/or properties, In this regard I'm hoping to start a new security business that can do this, be that from minor tasks as to door duty at clubs and other venues or protecting a business as they operate to ensure no belligerent customers cause issues. and all the way up to larger scales like body guarding high ranking city members and/or their properties to armed guarding for high risk events or transportations.

Business plan:
Planned Business activities - Security for clubs, venues, stores, private residences and persons and also asset protection be that cars, transports or aircraft.
Sustaining operations - To ensure operations will continue we will start contracts with companies and or individuals that can be set on determined time and dates and once contracts are agreed to they will be unable to break contracts unless the CEO and the company or indiviual have settled on why they are cancelling the contract or if serious breaches are made to standard operation procedures.
Operational Costs - Costs would be supplies for staff for equipment unless we're given large resources that may have been laying around from Phoenix being shut down - Probationary Security (Flashlight, Taser, Baton, Radio, Ammo), Standard Security (Flash light, Taser, Taser ammunition, Baton, handgun, handgun mags, Radios), Armed/High Risk Security (2 handed firearms - Regular or beanbag Shotgun / Rifle, Handgun, Armor, Taser, Baton, Radio, Flashlight, Ammo). And of course class R licencing for vests, holsters and weapons.
Income streams - Income would come from companies and or individuals who we will have contracts with and will pay us before our work commences, this will be a varying amount as they will be able to choose how many guards, how long for, and depending what days.
Employee payment - 2 options, Automatic payments as long as they're on duty and actively working, shift supervisors will ensure this is happening and no-one is paycheck farming or, Employees will be payed after jobs via bank transfers or hand to hand transactions in case of ATM issues, and they will be paid for their time spent at the site, and all will be tracked and kept up in terms of paygrades and time worked via a spread sheet.

Proposed organisation structure: 1x CEO, 1x COO, 1x Head of Security, 3x Team Leaders, 6X Shift supervisors, Armed Guards 10x (Ex-Police, Corrections, Pheonix & SADC), Regular Security 10x (Probability for more depending on number of clients), Probationary Security 6x

Proposed location:
Augury Insurance -
Corner of Dorset Drive & Las Lagunas Boulevard

Future business needs:
Enterable building, Branded Uniforms and licences, Adding Storage for vehicles, changing the sign, correct facilities for the organisation (Firing range, locker-room, reception, office, meeting room.

Hello @Jack The Ripper,

Thank you for submitting your business proposal and your patience during this time.

After careful review and consideration, we regret to inform you that your application has not been successful. Unfortunately, at this time, we are not looking to implement another security business in light of the recent closure of Phoenix and the recent implementation of new security system to accommodate the City.

However, we welcome any future applications and/or reapplication from you, especially when there are availability with other business opportunities.

Should you require further assistance in relation to this matter, please feel free to kindly advise.

We wish you all the best on your future endeavours.

Kindest Regards,
Isabelle van der Woodsen
Department of Commerce
