Are you currently employed within the business? Yes, I am a senior mechanic

What are your current responsibilities in the company? Do repairs, mods and tows

How do you see the company changing, and how do you see yourself creating that change? I would talk the customers asking what would you like to see what changes or improvements you would like to see and if possible make the changes. I also would hire more mechanics to help with the new changes. As the city changes bennys would adapt to the city.

Business plan: 
I would dedicate myself to the business. I would make raffles for the customers, more incentives for the employees. Would also do company outings (eg go karting, lazer tag etc)

Incentives for customers:

Monthly raffles- Winner gets a free car or a certain amount of free repairs.

Incentives for employees:

Certain amounts of tows-cash

Certain amount of repairs-cash

Employee of the month-Free car or certain amount of free repairs
