Reason for Registration:
I want to be able to provide, a fun friendly location, for people to enjoy racing Go-Karts, in a controlled environment, with events, and leaderboards to be set up for future plans. 
I would bring jobs, and employment to other organisations, for example Phoenix Security, during events, Mechanics during events, or a static mechanic job at the GO-Kart track. 

Business Plan:

  • Fortnight Races
  • Monthly Competition, for big cash prize
  • Bookings for groups
  • Casual usage

Operational Costs:

  • Rental of current track 
  • Purchase of current stock of Go-Karts
  • Purchase of current stock of Drift Cars 
  • Phoenix Security Contract for static guard

Income Stream:

Based on the previous prices, and due to the business being closed, and coming back to entering a start up zone again, I propose the current prices for utalizing the track.

  • VIP Status (Paid Monthly, includes entrance to all events free of charge, and free repairs) 100,000

 

Go Kart Sessions, based on previous business plan, adjusted prices.

 

  • 10 Minutes - 5,000
  • 20 Minutes - 10,000
  • 30 Minutes - 15,000 
  • 45 Minutes - 20,000 

 

Drift Car Sessions, based on previous business plan, adjusted prices.

  • 10 Minutes - 15,000 
  • 20 Minutes - 20,000
  • 30 Minutes - 25,000
  • 45 Minutes - 30,000

The Above two sessions, DO NOT include prices for mechanic tow/repair, that will be charged at a flat rate of $4000 per repair (Which includes the tow off the track) 

Drift Event Plan

  • Entrance to race - 50,000
  • Maximum Contenders - 10

First Prize: 250,000

Second Prize: 125,000

Third Prize: 75,000

Profit Per Drift Event: 50,000 plus entry fees

Entrance Fee to event (Drift): 10,000 Per Person (Unless VIP, then Free of Charge) 

 

Proposed Organisation Structure:

  • CEO: 12,000
  • COO: 10,000
  • CFO: 10,000
  • Kart Manager: 6,000
  • Drift Manager: 6,000
  • Supervisor: 5,000
  • Senior Staff: 4,000
  • Staff: 3,500
  • Trainee: 3,000
  • Mechanic: 5,000 (Plus Bonus from Repairs) 

 

CEO: In charge of oversight of the board of directors, as well as the general running on the company in conjunction with the board of directors, also has functions of mechanic, to be able to assist in repairing in proposed repair zone at the track. (max 1) 

COO: Tasked with overseeing the day to day adminstrative and operational functions of the business (max 1)

CFO: Looking after the financial aspects, and balancing sheets for a weekly report to be submitted to the CEO (max 1)

Managers: Looks after each section of the business ground floor operations, ensuring the vehicles are maintained, as well as getting weekly reports from the Supervisors (max 2) 

Proposed Location (you may for all purposes roleplay at this location, without facing charges for trespassing so long as you are ACTUALLY roleplaying running said business):
Current location which is accessible via LSIA, as well as secondary locaiton at the race track behind the casino (For the Drift Cars) 
Dirt Track for "Off Road Racing" expansion in the future (3 locations in total) 

 

Future Business Needs:

Government logistic support requests (IF INCORPORATED):
Imports of Drift Vehicles EXCLUSIVE to the tracks (With pylons etc put down at the track by the casino, or a lockable gate, to stop people stealing vehicles) 

Business loan to help with the integration of getting the bussiness running and off the ground, as well as advertising support in order to hire executive staff members, as well as floor staff.

I understand that I will need to roleplay my business and prove the potential in my registration in order for my business to ever be taken into consideration for incorporation. (Y)
