e) He approved the amalgamation of LSPD and BCPD into a single General Duties unit within the SAPF on the recommendation of the Commissioner of Police on 21 Sep 2020. All BCPD ranks are hereafter transferred to the LSPD equivalent.

Auxiliary Sergeant Dave LISTER AC
For lifetime of eminent service to the people and the Government of San Andreas in multiple senior Government roles

Auxiliary Sergeant Lister was an active and exceptional police officer since 2017. Having taken up multiple senior officer appointments and eventually completing a full term as the Commissioner of Police in 2019. He was also heavily involved in Government affairs at Departmental level, who had been personally responsible for the handling of gang affairs and the deportation of hundreds of convicted criminals from the State throughout a 3 year period. He is also a recipient of the National Medal for service to the Police Force.

Flight Lieutenant Robert PUMP AO CVO ADC
For service rendered to the Government of San Andreas in multiple senior Government roles

Flight Lieutenant Pump is actively engaged in the handling of Government affairs at Departmental level. He had also taken up various roles within the Executive Council including as the Aide-de-Camp to the Governor of San Andreas and is currently responsible for the SAPF major re-branding project. He was also appointed as a Commander of the Royal Victorian Order for service rendered to the Vice-Regal office.

Mr. Alec BLAIR AM APM
For service rendered to the Government of San Andreas in the role of the Secretary of Justice and Commissioner of Police

Mr. Blair joined the SAPF in 2019. Throughout his service within the SAPF he had taken up a number of senior officer roles including the Commander of Los Santos Police Department and subsequently the Commissioner of Police. He successfully completed two tenures honourably as a Commissioner of Police before retiring from the Police Force into the Government role as the Secretary of Justice. Throughout his service as the Commissioner of Police, he was responsible for a number of policy changes and structural reforms. He is also a recipient of the National Medal for service to the Police Force and Australian Police Medal for his meritorious achievements during his first tenure as the Commissioner of Police.

Mr. Jason WHITE PSM
For service rendered to the Government of San Andreas in the role of the Secretary of Commerce

Mr. White is actively engaged in the management of the State's Department of Commerce, he quickly rose through the ranks to his current appointment as the Secretary of Commerce. His exceptional management skills has resulted in the stability of this State's economy.

Mr. Antonio RODRIGUEZ PSM
For service rendered to the Government of San Andreas within the Department of Commerce

Mr. Rodriguez is one of the major contributors to the stability of this State's economy. He plays a significant role in the implementation and enforcement of the current corporate taxation policy and ensuring the due diligence of business owners when operating their businesses and when recording their business transactions.

Detective Superintendent Michal MULLER APM
For meritorious achievements as the Commander of Criminal Investigation Branch

Detective Superintendent Michal Muller joined the SAPF in 2019 and worked in both General Duties and specialist roles within the Criminal Investigation Branch. Ever since his appointment as the Commander of Criminal Investigation Branch, he had led the SAPF response to serious organised crimes diligently. He has also successfully led to one of the biggest, if not the biggest police operation against organised crime in the history of SAPF, resulting in over 50 million dollars worth of seized goods.

Ms. Rhea NYX APM
For meritorious achievements in responsible positions

Ms. Nyx joined the SAPF in 2019 and had recently rose through the ranks quickly within the SAPF High Command structure. She had been a role model to many subordinate officers by showing positive reinforcements and offering commends where appropriate to keep fellow officers motivated. She had also been volunteering in various roles in secondary capacity including supporting Training Command in the training of new recruits. She is an exemplary role model of what a member of the SAPF High Command should be.

Detective Senior Constable Sammy SALAMI APM
For exception service in a covert police operation

Detective Senior Constable Salami joined the SAPF in early 2020, and was discharged shortly after to participate in a covert police operation with the Criminal Investigation Branch. During this undercover operation, he spent a significant period of time collecting intelligence from the criminal organisation, including the storage locations of its prohibited weapons and narcotics. He also played a significant role in ensuring the safety of the former Commissioner of Police Alec Blair by providing timely information to the Police Force regarding a bounty that was placed upon the former Commissioner. Finally, he enabled the Police Force to successfully execute a warrant on the criminal organisation, which his intelligence gathered was the main basis for the warrant, resulting in excess of 50 million dollars worth of seized goods.

Mr. James BOND ACM
For dedicated service to the correctional service of San Andreas

Mr. Bond has been a lead example of what a corrections officer should be by devising strategies to ensure the security of the prison facility was not compromised. He was also responsible for organising the defence of the facility in times when prison breaks attempts had taken place.

Mr. Louis WIGHT ACM
For dedicated service to the correctional service of San Andreas

Mr. Wight has been one of the best defenders of the correctional service to this day. He was not only instrumental in devising strategies to respond to prison breaks, but was also responsible for the identification and handling of corruptions within the correctional service.

Mr. Simon SALAMI ACM
For dedicated service to the correctional service of San Andreas

Mr. Salami has been at the forefront of prisoner transport service. He was responsible for the organising of prison transport service including the coordination of resources and organising transport routes. At the time of nomination, he had successfully transported 97 convicted criminals to the prison and all of which had resulted in serving their full sentences.
