Personal details:

Full Name:
Dazza Michaels

COO Omega Nightclub

Employment History:
Qualified Mechanic, LSC, Premiere Casino (iPhone Application) Owner/Developer.

Criminal Record:
Various speeding fines,1x Brandishing Firearm (self-defence)

How long have you lived in Los Santos?:
6 months +.

Current Business Plan:

Reason for Registration:
This business holds a soft spot in my heart. My father used to own and operate a rival mechanic shop, back in the 90s, when I was just a little boy. I have fond memories of growing up here working a side-by-side with my late father, tinkering with cars, bikes, trucks -- you name it. I would spend every day at the shop, learning new skills and tricks of the trade, which I still remember fondly till this day.

Los Santos Customs is a prime candidate for myself to continue my passion for the automotive industry, by expanding my existing knowledge of anything with a motor.

Business Plan:
I would be looking to revitalise the brand that Los Santos Customs once held high within the city, and give opportunities to the new and old visitors to this fine city.

Mark Zander has proven track record of excellent mechanic work and business excellence, so alongside Mark, his experience will see the business exceed everyone's expectations.

I've already contacted the top NRMA Driver in the city, Levi Celery, to come on as our Lead Mechanic of this business, provided that I was to be granted ownership to this establishment.

Furthermore, I would be looking at Terrance Roberto, ex HR-Manager for Los Santos Customs, to be rehired in the business - as I believe with Terry's input, the business will thrive once again.

All sheet work and invoicing would be done in-house, with no assistance from any third parties, leaving us to turn Los Santos Customs into a powerhouse that the city deserves.

Offering varying levels of service for customers, insurance, call-out repairs, tows, moving vehicles from one garage to another on behalf of a client, all thing I would love to see operational within the company.

Community Enrichment:
Not only will we structure our business to make sure our employees are paid properly, and giving them a true reason to want to work with us long term - we plan to use the profits made from the business to reinvest into the city, helping Support Local Small Business. Funding would be provided for various events, food vendors on-site, and a multitude of collaborations -- giving everyone in the city a real sense of community.
What's the point of living in the beautiful city of Los Santos, when everyone else is living paycheck to paycheck. Supporting locals that support us, will bring return customers that will last a lifetime.

Proposed Organisation Structure:

Chief Executive Officer (CEO): Dazza Michaels
Chief Operating Officer (COO): Mark Zander
Human Resources: Terrance Roberto
Lead Manager: Levi Celery
Qualified Mechanic
General Mechanic
Work Experience Mechanic

Proposed Location:

Los Santos Customs, existing business location with an already renovated building, no modifications required at this time.

Future Business Needs:

Government logistic support requests (IF INCORPORATED):
Everything for the business to run would already be implemented.
Development work we would like added would be small items added to the city, like LSC free repair coupons etc, something physical to break away from using discord as a means to connect. This would allow places like PDM to offer a free respray/modification coupon that is handed over to someone when purchasing a car, not just a message in a discord channel.

I understand that I will need to roleplay my business and prove the potential in my registration in order for my business to ever be taken into consideration for incorporation. (Y/N) YES
I acknowledge that the Government's receival of this registration does not automatically grant me a business to run. (Y/N) YES
I acknowledge that falsifying details in this application may render a permanent blacklisting from future registrations. (Y/N) YES
I acknowledge that this is a multi-step process in order to start a business, and I am currently on step 1. (Y/N) YES
I acknowledge that the incorporation cost of my business may be expensive (Millions) if I am ever considered. (Y/N) YES
I acknowledge that I will be subjected to the Corporations, Contracts and Labour Act and corporate provisions of the Crime and Corruption Act upon registration of my business, and I will comply with such laws. (Y/N) YES
I will not nudge, bump or message a Government official to enquire on the status of this application. (Y/N) YES
If my proposed business is part of the Aviation or Private Security industry, I have/will be readily able to obtain the relevant clearances and qualifications required to operate the business in that sector. (Y/N) YES

i reckon you've got the best shot at owning it and running it properly and being active to keep all the employees happy and satisfied with promotions instead of giving a promotion for one day of work and not a promotion for 4 weeks man. good luck with it

Have dealt with Darron OOC and IC a fair few times since joining the city around 3 months ago - he's always a true gentleman and a scholar!

He's got the business experience needed to make this business thrive, his goal of making sure that employees actually have a good time and aren't living paycheck to paycheck will not only aid in higher quality RP but it will also make people less hesitant of moving back to jobs which provide little to no RP for anyone (Fishing for a day to make ends meet, been there done that) - Big picture this means that more employees will be able to support local gangs, businesses and other civilians which will overall bring a better RP experience - after all the city is only as good as it's core infrastructure and I wouldn't trust anyone more than Dazza to lead that charge.

+1 from me

I strongly believe that Dazza will be a great fit for the ownership of Los Santos Customs. His dedication and hard-work from his past jobs has shown me how great he is at what he does.

Also from past experience in-game. Dazza, Mark, Terry and Levi all really know how to RP and know how to play properly.

I would really love for these guys to become the owners and management of Los Santos Customs and make a change in how they run because as of now, employees barely even work!
